Secure payment

Your payment is made via an https connection.

You can see this when you find the lock icon in the address bar of your browser.
This is a secure/encrypted connection. Third parties have no access to your data.

Available payment methods

You can use the following payment methods to pay for your order:

1. Bank card through internet

We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard.

After you click on «Buy» you will be addressed to the special secure payment page of the proccessing system bePaid.

On the payment page the number of order and the payment amount will be given. To make a payment you have to enter your card data and confirm payment with pushing the button «Pay».
If you card supports the 3-D Secure technology, the system will offer you to pass a standart one-minute procedure for checking the card owner on the page of your bank (the bank which gave you the card).
After your payment our manager will contact you for further details.

Please note that after making a payment you will get a payment confirmation on the email specified by you (click here to see an example). We ask you to save the payment details.

Payments through bank cards are carrierd out with bePaid electronic payments system.
The bePaid payment page meets all the requirements of secure data transfer (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is encrypted and break-resistant.

Money is returned to the card from which the payment has been carried out before.

2. Through the system ”Raschet“ (ЕРИП)

You can pay for your order through the system "Raschet" (ERIP) at any time and place convinient for you and at any point of bank service using: 

-internet-bank
-mobile banking
-amt
-bank cash desk, etc.

You can make a payment with:

-e-money
-bank cards

in bank services of banks which offer payment services and also through remote banking services tools.

If you make a payment in a bank cash desk, please inform a cashier about paying through the system "Raschet" (ERIP).

3. Pament on delivery with cash or bank card

For Belarus the service of payment on delivery is available. If you prefer first get your order and then pay to the courier, then you can choose payment on delivery as a payment method.
You can either pay with cash or use your bank card.

Please note that when ordering a stethoscope with engraving you can use any method of payment except for payment on delivery.

Order in account

Basically, you have to accept one of the payment options, which will be offered it our webshop.

If you order before 13:20 your order will be processed immediately and go straight for delivery.

If there is any problem, please contact us. We will try to find an appropriate solution.

You can choose from multiple ways to contact us by phone, live chat during business hours, email, whatsapp or skype.

Vouchers and Discount codes

Если у вас есть подарочная карта, ваучер или дисконтный код, вы можете указать это на странице оплаты. 
Окончательная сумма будет изменена, прежде чем вы приступите к оплате.

Если ваш купон или код больше не действительны, вам придет сообщение.

If you have a gift card, voucher or discount code you can enter it on the payment page.
The final amount will be modified before proceeding to payment.

You will see a message if your coupon or code is no longer valid.
